Damaged / Shortage merchandise: All merchandise is sold ex-work. This means that our responsibility ends after the merchandise leaves our warehouse. Claims for lost or damaged merchandise must be made directly with the carrier. If you required insurance on the goods, please notify us during ordering. All damaged merchandise must be reported to the carrier immediately (24 hours) upon receiving. You will be required to provide a damage claim number for discrepancy report from the carrier prior to contacting us within 48 hoiurs. We will not be responsible for any claim after 48 hours upon receiving. Any shortage must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving. We will not be responsible for any shortage after 24 hours of receiving. PayPal, Money Order/Cashiers Check, Credit Card over phone. Items shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico will be done by UPS or USPS Mail depending on the situation. Buyer pays all shipping charges (this includes customs fees if any). Items are shipped by UPS ground by default. If you need a faster method of shipping, please email us for a shipping quote. Items shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico will be shipped via UPS or US Postal Mail depending on situation. It is the responsibility of the buyer to let us know if you need insurance on the package before shipping any merchandise. A 8.25% sales tax is applied to all orders shipped to California. Sales tax is calculated only on the extended price (unit price x quantity) total, excluding shipping and other charges. Tuningdepot must be notified within 5 days from the date of receiving, to obtain a Return Manufacturer Authorization number (RMA number). All merchandise without a RMA number will be refused and returned back to the shipper. The merchandise must be unused, in the original packaging and in resellable condition. Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a copy of the sales invoice. Any item(s) which have been pre-installed, cut, or modified in anyway will not be eligible for credit or refund. If a refund is called for, we will refund the amount paid for the item minus shipping. Unless there is a fault on our end, we do not pay for shipping back. There is no refunds on the shipping cost after an item has shipped. |
